It all began mysteriously enough on Friday, I was born. Why thats mysterious Im not sure, never the less it is. 1955 was the year and what wonderful year that was. What happened that year, hmmmmm lets see uh, well I was born, thanks mom. Many other things happened, but the best thing, for me was, well I was born, thanks again mom. Growing up on the east coast was for me, pretty much the same as it would have been anywhere. I did the same things as most anyone, except that I had the unusual fixation with water and fire. I couldnt seem to stay dry no matter how many times my mother told me sternly, with eyebrows turned down Dont you come home wet. Come to think of it maybe thats the reason I did, gee thanks mom. I also couldnt seem to stop setting things on fire, like my sisters play house in the back yard, and the trash can in the kitchen, that was a thriller for young and old alike. Teenage years were bizarre to say the least. In a nut shell I was invisible, partly due to the terminal shyness that I suffered from and perhaps maybe, just maybe, all the marijuana I consumed, I dont remember. Moving on, marriage came next and children, I should say child we have only one, by choice. Im still happily married, and still happily fathered. (fathered?) That brings us up to the present.
At the present time, which is where I left off in the previous paragraph, I am gainfully employed and living comfortably in the bread basket of the this fabulous country in which I live (go USA). I have, in the past two years found a pastime that has filled a void in my life. ACTING. There is, for me nothing on this whole planet of earth, more thrilling than being on stage performing in front of a crowd of people laughing and enjoying themselves. I owe this thrilling life style completely to my son. If it wasnt for his love of the stage (he is an actor as well) I would have not been bitten by the light of the lime.
